About This Course

Welcome back to the fourth level of the Agents of Change online course: Tools for Frontline Workers to End Sexual Exploitation of Children, brought to you by the International Centre for Missing and Exploited Children (ICMEC) and ECPAT International.

If you have completed Levels 1 2 and 3, you are ready to go in depth in some specific topics regarding child sexual abuse and violence.   


In this course you will learn the basics of child protection and intervention, and the most effective approaches to support children who are victims of child sexual abuse, violence and exploitation, and the necessary tools to understand and support victims’ needs. All modules are focused on providing best practices and knowledge to better assist child victims of sexual violence and abuse and understand that the victim should always be at the center of the process and be prioritized. 


Participant's Profile  

The Agents of Change curriculum is a specialized, victim-centered training for professionals working with (presumed) child victims of sexual abuse and exploitation, including: 

  • law enforcement 
  • criminal justice professionals 
  • child protection authorities 
  • members of civil society organisations working in child protection. 
Course Details
  • Duration: Level 4 has a total duration of approximately 9 hours. The course is divided into 9 modules of 1 hour each. 
  • Language: Available in English fully dubbed and subtitled
